This heat cutting device equip a built-in pipe heater, and no need to exchange any blade which is expendable supplies, and it has a temperature control unit. Because heater block is bigger than other model as well as polyester, nylon, a rope, a belt, and tapes, you can press the rope edge against the heater block, it'll realize the enough quality of the molt edge. It is also able to cut just like big rope for construction market, a polyester 30mm hard rope, a 300mm width wide belt for ships, a PE plastic bag. Length of the blade is 100 mm as default. The blade is adopt copper more than heat-resistant 1000 degrees, prepares for long-term deterioration. It is necessary to have you wait over five minutes up to approximately 350 degrees, also succeed in being downed than conventional products for the cost. |
