Generally the weave structure of PP sheet is mostly coarse, it is easy to become frayed even if it cut by ultrasonic devices.
"STAR" series can weld the textiles before cutby wide width, even the textile has coarse structure.

Originally it is for automatic use, you can fix it onto your feeding devices or loom machine, and it is possible for quality goods production immediately.

Because it supports automatic use, it can send some signals for/ from PLC and come by outside control from STAR ON/OFF.
We prepare a demonstration unit, in the case of material having difficulty to cut good quality enough, please feel free to ask us, you can check it up our factory.
